Based in Stanmore. Hybrid role - 3 days office based.

£35,000 per annum

We're looking for a dynamic and creative Senior Marketing Executive to join our team at Norwood, a leading UK charity dedicated to improving the lives of those we support. If you're a marketing enthusiast with a passion for innovation and a desire to drive positive change, this opportunity is perfect for you. 

As our Senior Marketing Executive, you'll have a unique blend of responsibilities, from shaping our digital marketing strategies to delivering multi-channel marketing support to various Norwood departments. You'll be the driving force behind projects like social media, website and intranet management, challenge event support, recruitment and training initiatives, adult services support, legacies marketing, and trusts marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing projects and activities, overseeing them from start to finish.
• Coordinate all project elements, including data, design, and quotes from external suppliers, within set deadlines and budgets.
• Maintain an "always-on" social media and web calendar.
• Manage external suppliers to ensure cost-effective project completion.
• Create an annual marketing plan, including materials, media, social, web, and email components.
• Source resources like imagery, film, and stories to enhance Norwood's materials and branding, with a focus on web and social media.
• Update and maintain website and intranet content.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications colleagues to develop and distribute marketing and communication emails.
• Work closely with the Assistant Director of Marketing to align with our objectives and implement our digital strategy.
