Business Application Support for Nourish 

Salary £36,000 - £38,000 per annum dependent upon experience

Based in Stanmore, Hybrid working 3-4 days based in the office per week.

As our Nourish Champion you will be responsible for our electronic care plan system (Nourish) across all our services. Working with the Operations team you will ensure that all members of staff are trained and are using the system correctly and reporting is accurate and complete. You will also lead on how we use the system across the group.

Key responsibilities include:

• Be the Nourish key contact for staff and Nourish systems provider
• Deliver training to new staff and refresher training where it is required and produce high standard material to assess learner’s competency
• Responsible for customizing Nourish system to meet our care needs and drives quality care and recording processes
• Responsible for monitoring and reporting of KPI’s and improving usage and compliance
• Responsible for working with staff to improve their KPIs and confidence in using the system
• Working with Operations across London and Berkshire to continuously improve our use of the system to best deliver outstanding care to our residents

Skills and Experience required:

• Knowledge of Nourish or alternative care management software
• Ability to support training delivery with knowledge of effective learning styles and an ability to assess learner’s competency
• Experience of rolling out a system across multiple locations
• Process management skills 
• Strong commercial awareness
• Strong analytical and numeric ability with associated MS Excel skills
