What We're Looking For:

  • Empathetic Spirit: A genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
  • Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for building connections with those we support.
  • Care Experience: The ability to work with individuals with learning disabilities, epilepsy, and PEG feeding needs.
  • Physical Stamina: The role involves assisting wheelchair users, so physical capability is essential.
  • Shared Passions: Interest in cooking and a love for music align well with the interests of those we support.
