Placement and Application Support Officer

Based in Stanmore (covering services in London / Berkshire)

Hybrid role - 3 days office based

This Placement and Application Support Officer will support and co-ordinate all enquiries and referrals into Norwood, as well as ensuring the completion of all necessary assessments. This involves organising the relevant teams and direct participation in complex assessments and decision making when appropriate. This role necessitates an collaborative approach, co-ordinating and effective management of a synergised communication with all stakeholders. This function will provide support with referrals, placements and help facilitate the identification and implementation of Business Opportunities at Norwood, within the organisation's strategy and expansion plan.                                                                                                                                                                                        

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate all enquiries and referrals into the organisation
  • Provide support to new managers and clients when establishing new services (Property Portfolio Expansion)
  • Provide support in services for all existing managers and teams
  • Manage the end to end of resident referral through to placement process
  • Outline client transition plans and support the clients settling into their new home whilst concurrently supporting the client's families through this process 
  • Maintain knowledge of current relevant legislation, policies and procedures to ensure the regulatory requirements are met
  • Manage documentation relating to various projects, processes and operations, and ensure these run according to the time schedule and within budget
  • Understand and review all keys processes within a service and enable continuous improvement to ways of working
  • Assist with the induction of new team members
