About the Role

At Norwood, we believe that physical activity can change lives. As Physical Wellbeing (Sports) Manager, you’ll lead and develop a diverse programme of physical activity and therapy sessions designed to enhance the health, happiness, and wellbeing of the people we support: adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, and neurodiverse conditions.  You will also oversee the equestrian therapy team and provide supervision and guidance the staff.

Based at our Ravenswood Village, you’ll shape a service that promotes inclusion, independence, and joy through movement.  Working alongside Operational Managers, therapy teams, and volunteers, you’ll ensure that every session, from fitness classes to stables-based therapy, reflects Norwood’s values and the needs of each individual.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your management, creativity, and passion for physical wellbeing in a values-driven charity making a real difference every day.
